One’s spirit wouldn’t age.’
I cherish this proverb nowadays.
It’s got good sound indeed – as though it heals our exhausted spirit.
It’s easy to disturb one’s spirit.
We do this to each other unconsciously.
One’s spirit is the utmost important treasure.
We have treasured nature and arts, listened to music, looked at flowers or felt the wind in order to heal our weary spirit.
One’s Lifespan can be either long or short: Either way, one can neither avoid nor determine birth, aging, illness or death.
One’s body ages surely.
It comes to terms equally regardless of one’s social status.
We want to live long; our genes are designed for it.
Why do we age and decline? How about medicine for preserving eternal youth? Can we stop aging by money, medicine, technology or gene therapy? No doubt, tremendous money has been spent for this end.
Yet there is something which doesn’t decay in this day and age.
I believe ‘spirit’ is the one.
What an encouraging word!
Let’s make every effort not to disturb each other’s spirit.
It’s worth it. I value this word, ‘spirit’, greatly now.
Children! Youths! All our friends!
‘One’s spirit wouldn’t age’ – with this wisdom in our mind, let’s live our lives courageously.
